- The primary focus would be on employee relations, performance management, career development, grievance handling & management, rewards and recognition, attrition analysis & control and employee communication.
- Strategic partnership with the line and the Leadership Team in various frameworks to achieve the objectives of the Business.
- Work with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning & OD teams to ensure the specific needs of the Business are taken care of.
- Plan and implement processes and policies (career planning, succession planning, critical talent, performance management, performance appraisals, Individual development plans, reduction in attrition etc.)
- Articulate pulse of the organization to leadership team.
- Build talent and leadership pipeline. Act as coach, mentor to managers to be better people managers.
- Suggest new employee initiatives for the organization and work on designing and implementing them.
- Work with business to identify performance outliers and build appropriate interventions around them.
- Appropriately deal with disciplinary / misconduct / harassment cases and take the necessary action in lines with the organization policy.
- Ensure that the HR department is fully compliant to the Risk & Compliance requirements and other audit requirements.
Pre-requisite Skills:
- Incumbent should have proven experience in managing team of 3-4 and of being in Business Partner function for minimum 8 years.
- Excellent communication with good interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of conflict management and change management.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment, along with high business judgment and prioritization.
- Strong data management and analytical skills.
Salary offered : 11-18LPA
