Manager HR (Business Partner) Principal Accountabilities : - The primary focus would be on employee relations, performance management, career development, grievance handling &amp; management, rewards and recognition, attrition analysis &amp; control and employee communication. - Strategic partnership with the line and the Leadership Team in various frameworks to achieve the objectives of the Business. - Support and advise the Business Heads to ensure that the employees are happy and the talent need for the current and future is taken care. - Work with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and Learning &amp; OD teams to ensure the specific needs of the Business are taken care off. - Plan and implement processes and policies (career planning, succession planning, critical talent, performance management, performance appraisals, Individual development plans, reduction in attrition etc.) - Articulate Pulse of the organisation to leadership team. - Build talent and leadership pipeline. Act as coach, mentor to managers to be better people managers. - Suggest new employee initiatives for the organization and work on designing and implementing them. - Work with business to identify performance outliers and build appropriate interventions around them. - Appropriately deal with disciplinary / misconduct / harassment cases and take the necessary action in lines with the organization policy. - Ensure that the HR department is fully compliant to the Risk &amp; Compliance requirements and other audit requirements. Job Complexity : - Incumbent should be able to build rapport with the Business Managers / Heads and understand the Business dynamics - Should focus on results and grievance solutions - Should be able to lead the team in designing and implementing new policies and frameworks Experience / Education / Pre-requisite Skills : Experience : 12-14 years Qualification : MBA - HR / PGDHRM Pre-requisite Skills : - Incumbent should have proven experience in managing team of 3-4 and of being in Business Partner function for min 8 years - Strong understanding of conflict management, change management, interpersonal, influencing and project management skills - Strong data management and analytical skills - Exceptional communication skills combined with demonstrated problem solving ability High Energy levels Strong administrator with a high level of quality and follow through Ability to work in a fast moving and changing environment - Ability to build relationships and develop credibility with internal clients - Experience working on various HR programs/projects - Strong ability to multi-task and respond effectively to changing priorities and demands - Ability to solve problems independently and deliver results. - Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize based on the needs of the business Flexibility to work with partners across business units. - High on integrity, confidence, energy and people connect. - Ability to use creativity and judgment.
