We are looking for an RFP Proposal Consultant at Eightfold that will help in effectively articulating the value of the world's first Talent Intelligence platform. Being a pioneer in the field of Talent Intelligence, Eightfold's ever-expanding customer base includes some of the biggest enterprise customers cutting across diverse fields.This position is an excellent opportunity to work on an AI SaaS product at a global company.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Writing high-quality and winning proposals for the RFP/RFIs and supporting the Sales team.

- On-time delivery of the Request for Proposal (RFP) responses. This would include working with cross-functional Marketing, Development, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Customers, and Professional Services.

- High Quality of Technical Functional and Non-functional RFP response by understanding the Product features, integrations, and deployment models.

- Keep track of new product features and development as part of the agile Product company

- Managing Bids (RFP, RFQ, RFI). Develop the corporate standard for our RFP responses by creating professionally formatted RFP submissions.

- Coordinate with the Account Executive for timely submission of the RFP to the customer.

- Maintain RFP database Library (maintained in RFPIO) and proposal library, which includes: logging new question/answer pairings, editing responses for grammar, content, and relevance with new development, and improving synonyms/search words.

- Pre-Sales & Sales Support. Sales Demo custom build and configuration.

- Web application development knowledge and Cloud SaaS product knowledge.

- Understanding of JSON and web-based technologies.

Primary Skills:

- Minimum 2 years of experience writing RFP / sales bid responses (RFP, RFQ, RFI) or 4 years of related Technical writing experience or Pre-Sales experience is desired.

- Software Enterprises industry and/or IT knowledge required.

- Client Interaction and business communication skills required.

- Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

Required Qualification and Experience:

- Bachelor Degree, preferably computer science and experience in SaaS Product industry required

- Up to 4 to 6 years experience in the proposal or professional writing along with experience with Web applications preferred

- Strong English communication skills
