Job Description:
- Drive Customer Satisfaction and centricity in Regional Execution Center, and ensure the customer experience and requirements are well taken in account during all the Project Execution
- Drive CS&Q processes and quality excellence within Execution Center perimeter (from Suppliers to Customers), understand customer quality requirement and communicate to suppliers/sub-contractors
- Drive Quality Management System of the Execution Center including project quality plan, site quality requirement, assessment, internal audits & certification
- Drive and implement the Global directives and policies, and as part of the CS&Q and Customer Project Transformation Networks ensure Execution Center's needs are understood and considered
- Drive EHS System in Regional Execution Center including Project EHS plan, safety process mobilization at Project site and promote EHS culture
- Responsible for the overall organization and management of the Project Quality and EHS Plan, Project audit program and reporting any actions that arise from audit findings; identifying and scheduling audits to be carried out; and the identification / selection of the Auditees, Audit Team Leaders, Auditors and scope of audits. Capitalize on past quality and EHS issues and take proactive actions to improve existing processes and avoid reoccurence (contribute to global process improvement)
- Manage the Solution Net Promoter Score (Sol-NPS) KPI performance, and support surveys, reporting and analysis in line with the global process.
- Ensure the effective management of Detractors, and the elimination of the reasons of their dissatisfaction
- Ensure setup and execution of relevant action plans to improve customer satisfaciton and experience, on priority topics
Specification:
- 12 to 16 years experience in quality. Experience in operational quality is a must
- Experience as a quality auditor or in customer project (solutions) environment is a plus
