Senior Business Analyst: Knowledge management : - The Senior Business Analyst is expected to act as the lead in identifying potential business opportunities and developing / maintaining knowledge management work. - This is an individual contributor role, and the Expert will work closely in collaboration with Consultants and Experts around the world on strategic knowledge management work. Role of Knowledge Manager - Key Aspects of your daily tasks : - Support in development and implementing lead Knowledge Management strategy and initiatives - Proactively build, maintain, and own the strategic knowledge assets for the Practice Groups including client focused documents, market information and knowledge, leveraging internal tools and platforms - Promoting collaboration across our key regions by way of sharing best in class documents, key client wins, broader industry related information/ numbers etc. - Developing standardized approaches and processes, in collaboration with other Practice Groups within Egon Zehnder, for superior client solutions - Proactively monitoring and tracking relevant market developments, people moves, following critical company developments and disseminating the information in a targeted manner via PG newsletters etc. - Proactively providing insights on industry trends and key consumer companies. - Developing specialist knowledge into sector trends, compensation data and characteristics of the sector. Candidate Profile : Role of Knowledge Manager - Our Expectations : Project Management: Time management, managing deadlines, utilizing right resources and problem solving Thought Partnering: Collaboration with consultants & experts, demonstrating conceptual thinking to spot trends and connect the dots at the practice group level Judgement: Identifying relevant candidates and sources based on industry knowledge, problem solving ability, insight, and intuition Delivering Output & Documents: Producing high quality content of relevant documents Collaboration and Teamwork: Partner and collaborator for consultants and experts in T&C PG by strong communication, sharing and sparring to become a "Trusted Partner" Communication Skills: Confident and strong communicator, representing EZ adequately, have a professional demeanor Required knowledge/experience: - Graduate or Postgraduate from an accredited academic institution - At least 6+ years of professional experience with a passion - A self-starter with learning agility, engaging remotely, thought partnering, critical thinking, eye for detail, results orientation, and ability to work with a global team - Superior verbal and written communication skills and expertise with MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel) - Basic understanding of research tools such as Capital IQ, Factiva, Boardex would be an added advantage Location: The position is based at Egon Zehnder's KCI office in Gurgaon, Plot no. 29, Institutional Area, Sector 32.
