Project Controller - Finance & Accounts
Qualification: ICWA
Description of Responsibilities:
Project Start Activities:
- Understanding on the project scope of Works and preparation of Project summary.
- Calculation of Basic Order Value (Revenue) and Taxes and should matched with the Project Value/LOI Value.
- Calculation of Risk Value and opportunity of the projects.
- Arranging ABG/PBG and follow-up for the payment with the customer and preparation of Customer BG Tracker Sheet for each projects
- Arranging Project Insurance & other legal formalities and preparation of Insurance tracker in excel.
- Review of Billing Breakup finalized by Project Team.
- Review of Bid model/Cost sheet/Budget submitted by the Project Team.
- Review of Initial budget and updating of Budget in QPR /IRAF.
Running Activities:
- Coordination with Project /Site Team and Preparation of Project Sales invoice as per GST & booking the same in the same day in Deal
- Submission of Project Sales invoice to the clients and timely follow up with the Customer /project for payment.
- Updating of Sales invoice in the Aging sheet on daily basis and report to CFO/Head Controlling on the monthly basis.
- Preparation and updation of Collection register on every new invoice /Payment receipts in coordination with the Project Site Accountant.
- Review of Vendor BG and keeping the Project vendor BG tracker for Validity control purpose.
- Day to day monitoring of Project Budget and any major ups and down to be reported to the Project Manager.
- Verification of Purchase order /Agreement with the supporting (Quotation/PR etc) and raising red flag in case of Major Deviation.
Project Monthly Reports :
- Review of Invoice collection register
- Review of Debtor aging sheet of the Project
- Review of Creditor again sheet of the Project
- Review of project cost and correction entry if required
- Revenue forecast of the Project
- Billing forecast of the Project
- Cash In forecast of the Project
- Cash Out forecast of the Project
Other Activities:
- Involved in Improvement Process of Project Accounting including process improvements, system improvements, and standardization.
- Complying with the established policies & procedures to facilitate financial control.
- Reviewing of all transactions, Verification of all Project entries
- Review and Approval of Project Sales Invoice, Price Variation Invoice, Debit Note, Credit Note and submission to customer.
- Assist project Team for preparation of extra claim sheet and sales invoice for submission to customer.
- Detailed working on Price Variation and lodging of price variation claims with the Customers.
- Provided proactive support to the CFO during finalization of Statutory Audit., Internal Audit, Group Audit etc.
