You will enjoy being a part of Eggoz if you:- - Are Hungry enough to get your hands dirty and hustle through - Have First principles approach towards any problem - Are Humble to accept mistakes and work collaboratively to find answers - Love being part of a 0 to 1 journey Responsibilities - Lead planning and execution of all digital marketing activities. - Own user acquisition and traffic generation across digital channels including SEO/SEM, Paid, Social Media Marketing, Display advertising, Influencers, Blogs, Newsletters, E-mailers, etc. - Manage marketing creative development and deployment for all digital campaigns (web content, landing pages, ads, copy). - Work with E-Com partners / Online MT's for cross platform promotions. - Provide effective feedback on creative, copy, and campaigns. Giving actionable feedback on content & design for continuous performance improvements. - Measure, track, and optimize on channel and program performance to consistently achieve and exceed key brand and growth KPIs including reducing costs & optimizing CPMs / CTRs / PPC / and ROAS parameters. - Constantly test new strategies to scale campaigns and improve return on marketing investment. - Promote growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, using data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, channels, and ad units. - Monitor and report on website performance, page speeds, schema validation, HTML status codes, and drive landing page optimization. - Present key learnings weekly, monthly, and quarterly with larger team, perform regular keyword research and report on rankings. Desired Candidate Profile - 3-5 years of experience with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing and analytics. - Awareness of key channels of digital marketing like Google, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube etc. to drive top of the funnel, SEM, Remarketing, CTA campaigns. - Proficiency with Google Adwords, MS Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, or other DM tools. - Excellent problem solving and analytical skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
