About the Position:

- The Managing Director South Asia is a crucial leadership role that oversees our Sales and Partner Success teams to drive long term success in the region. This senior general management role is based in Mumbai and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Oversee portfolio success and growth in both new, high impact clients and in the renewal and upselling of current clients

- Responsible for the overall success of LenddoEFL's engagements

- Work directly with Technical and Advisory Solutions team, Business Development, Partner Success Managers, and the leadership of financial institutions to set strategy for successful launches and on-going usage of EFL/Lenddo tools.

- Remotely provide excellent leadership, coaching, and management of regional Business Development and Partner Success teams.

- Manage regional Business Development Director; support their growth and sales efforts

- Build out regional team over time

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree

- 20 years of experience, including at least 10 operating at a senior level servicing financial service institutions in India

- Sales management experience

- Experience motivating and managing remote teams

- Total fluency in English.

- Unrelenting entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to travel 50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MBA, relevant Master's Degree).

- Knowledge of commercial and credit risk elements of retail financial services.

- Experience with project implementation at large organizations, change management, etc.

- Experience costing and managing a budget of services offering.
