Senior Marketing Manager
About the role:
- The role has a highly visible set of responsibilities, owning the marketing and growth end to end. Owning like a founder is a key attribute required to succeed in the role - we are looking for a motivated individual who takes complete ownership.
- The role will report to the CEO and work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and deliver results for the marketing and growth function. Manage, optimize, and expand all marketing channels to maximize the ROI of the marketing spend.
2. Manage the team to scale the business to 10X over the next 6 months.
3. Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, leads, CPLs, CACs, and revenue. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics and identify areas of opportunity to improve KPIs across areas of responsibility.
4. Work cross-functionally across marketing, creative, product management, and development teams.
5. Execute strategies for growth opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting across channels, and other facets in accordance with business goals.
Skills Required:
1. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
2. Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels, preferably from a B2C (Consumer) background.
3. Proven ability to execute in a fast-paced environment - results oriented with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude. Entrepreneurial spirit, mindset, and work ethic are a must.
4. Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
Experience: Min 2+ years of prior experience in a consumer internet company, in a marketing role.
