You will run campaigns to acquire user leads and create persuasive content to influence users. Your work will be split squarely between optimizing our existing channels and developing new channels both for acquisition and influence. You would primarily run two kinds of campaigns 1. Content Marketing : - Content creation and posting on several channels - Email copywriting - Landing Page copywriting 2. Advertising channels (Creation and Optimization) : - Optimising the cost and ROI of facebook lead ads using general and lookalike audiences from various sources - Setting up campaigns on Google Adwords, YouTube, Quora, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, - Display advertising on partner websites You will be an expert in doing A/B testing for optimization and ROI analysis for impact. To help you with the same, you will be leveraging the following analytics tools - Excel and Power BI - Google Analytics Key Personality Traits : 1. Logical Thought Process : Even with the advent to tracking and analytics tools, you will never have perfect information to make decisions. Hence, an ability to make plausible assumptions to bridge gaps and do analysis is essential for this role. 2. Ability to communicate information : Its easy to drown in data in digital marketing. You will have the ability to look at data from a ten-thousand-foot view and draw inferences and do the same at a ten-foot view. Most importantly, you should be able to communicate your analysis effectively. 3. Always learning : Marketing is a changing domain. Facebook, Google, LinkedIn introduce new formats and capabilities. You will be able to learn and evaluate the same in eduvirtuoso's context. Selection Process : Our selection process is 70% assignment based and 30% interview based. Only those who perform well in the assignment are invited for an interview. 1. Assignment : Once you apply, we will provide you with the detailed instructions related to the assignment. You will need to put in approx. 4-6 hours on the same. Note that the evaluation criteria for the assignment will be explained in detail when you receive these instructions from us. 2. Interview : You will be invited for the interview if your assignment is deemed satisfactory. Compensation (range - 10 lacs to 15 lacs) Your overall compensation is divided into three components - base salary, bonus, and equity. 1. Base Salary : We have three levels of Marketing Managers. Starting salary of a Level 1 Marketing Manager is 6 lacs while that of a level 3 Marketing Manager is 20+ lacs. A proactive Product Creator who starts at Level 1 can progress to Level 4 in as few as 3 years. 2. Bonus : Your bonus depends on company's performance as well as your performance. For example, in 2017, most eduvirtuoso employees received approx. 2.5 months- salary as bonus. 3. Equity : Equity is granted to select individuals who demonstrate exceptional performance.
