Eduvanz - Senior Manager- Legal & Compliance - Oversee, co-ordinate and monitor the day to day compliance activities including collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements; - Regular assessment to determine in adherence to the policies - Drafting of internal product programs, policies, processes and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulations/notifications of regulatory bodies (RBI, NPCI, IRDAI etc.) - Conduct Compliance Testing (Thematic, Product, Return and Tranche III) - Subject matter knowledge of liability processes and examine Audit Reports for identification of regulatory issues; - Handling of Regulatory and Statutory Correspondences for adequate response, tracking and timely closure; - Knowledge of Returns submitted to regulator - Review of data submitted to RBI or other regulators; - Preparing of various compliance dashboards
