1. Responsible for owning retention of user cohorts, minimizing churn and improving
LTV:
The core ownerships areas will be:
1. Strategy: Work with team to determine a clear strategy for user Retention and lifecycle management
2. Creative + Messaging: Work with creative team to design the messaging, content and creative angle for the engagement and revenue boosting campaigns
3.Lifecycle Management: Work with teams to determine user lifecycle and take concrete steps for plugging the gaps - own Activation, Retention, Revenue and Referrals
4. Execution: Should be hands-on in setting up campaigns and experiments, landing pages, emails etc.
5. Monitoring on campaign impact: Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude
6. Data obsession: Review the data daily to determine next course of action
