Primary User research and data analysis b. Voice of Customer captured at Sales and Delivery touchpoints c. Competitive analysis and market research B. Establishing Clear Product Roadmap a. Prioritize user problems in accordance with business needs b. Build short-term and long-term product roadmap and c. Get buy-in from all stakeholders on Product Roadmap C. Planning for Product Development and Launch a. Collaborate with Designers and Engineers to find solutions for user problems b. Articulate and communicate solution requirements in detail c. Review UX designs d. Create and Prioritise User Stories for each development sprint D. Product Launch and Adoption a. Carry-out post-production activities for the friction-less roll-out of new product features b. Monitor Product Adoption to identify success and failure c. Share with all stakeholders the progress on the accomplishment of target Business Metrics d. Identify and apply learnings from past releases Prior experience in online learning or content-based consumer products will be preferred.
