Responsibilities -&nbsp; 1. Responsible for Building service portfolio for the vertical and creating strong value proposition for clients across the value chain. 2. Responsible for delivering solutions and responses to new opportunities and for large opportunities from existing accounts 3. Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the vertical, improve the key parameters for the vertical to improve the margins 4. Responsible for planning and delivery -Delivery quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction 5. Responsible for relationship building with Customer Project Managers and key stakeholders within the account and responsible for customer satisfaction 6. Responsible for people processes in the vertical - team management, people development and engagement Knowledge Must Have: 1. Knowledge of the New Technology areas and Corporate Learning 2. Knowledge of emerging technologies, various platforms, tools and products and their respective applications 3. Good relationship management skills 4. Ability to balance our customer's environment with Edureka's environment 5. Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services (Preferred) Soft skills required: Team Management Skills, Ability to communicate effectively on phone, Set clear action items, Passion for Corporate Learning
