This position will be spearheading the entire finance function to ensure strong financial policies and The overall financial health of the organization. You will be leading a team of 3-5 members to handle
The following responsibilities:
1. Providing inputs and preparation of MIS for every month.
2. Revenue and cost reporting overall as well as Business Unit Wise.
3. Coordinate audit and other internal processes: Manage the audit schedule and meet tough deadlines for completion of Audit.
4. Coordinating with various BU Heads and supporting them with necessary data
5. Budgeting and Planning: Budget and forecast annual operating expenses, and allocate resources effectively to ensure budget priorities are met with adequate cash flow.
6. Financial Reports/Analysis: Analyse & Prepare financial statements for annual returns.
7. Monitoring internal controls
8. Handle vendor payments, statutory payments: Oversee Account Payable functions, ensure all payments comply with the company's internal control policies and payment to vendors on time.
9. Managing Accounts receivable.
10. Should have a good working knowledge of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax
11. Ensure consistency and compliance with accounting policy and guidelines. Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Education: Mandated CA certified.
