The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate professional who can lead a team of Inside Sales specialists of the organization. A go getter with a flair for sales and people motivator with leadership skills who can contribute and align to the growth of a fast-growing organization.
Role :
- Lead, train and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve their sales targets, month on month
- Analyze, train and align team to achieve the desired goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales productivity and drive revenue growth.
- Work with management team to plan, develop & execute the sales strategy to align to the company goals for revenue growth and profitability
- Weekly, monthly reporting to management
- Maintaining dashboards and trackers to improve visibility of the status on leads
- Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the team performance
Candidate Profile :
- Graduates, preferably an MBA, with min 4+ years of experience in B2C sales from EdTech, Insurance or Realty Industry
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, operational and leadership skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and MS office proficiency
- Proven experience in meeting targets, preferably in a startup, target centric environment
- Ability to deep dive into team challenges, motivate and guide them in to resolving issues
