Key Responsibilities:

- Should be having experience of 4-8 years in strategic and partnerships alliances

- Should have experience in Start-up firm

- Responsible for forming partnerships with companies, Engineering colleges, etc.

- Formulate partnership deliverables that meet business objectives

- Market research to identify the most impactful partnerships

- Manage end-to-end cycle for striking deals with potential partners

- Should be able to generate revenue for the firm

Required Skills:

- Experience in a start-up environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form relationships

- Fluent communication

- Good at problem-solving

- Good negotiation skills

- Good Presentation Skills

Qualifications: Bachelor or Master from Tier 1 College.
