Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in Marketing function with 3-5 years in a leadership position. MBA from a Tier-1 institute - Experience in Education industry will be a plus - Experience in a successfully growth journey of a start-up will be a plus - Experience in leading a dual role of marketing and sales will also be a added plus - Scale up the marketing and branding objectives and expand product solutions and offerings - Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. Brand Strategy &amp; Development - New &amp; established brands - Engage consumers on social media &amp; drive social media ads &amp; campaigns. - Oversee creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other marketing materials. - Design online and offline marketing campaigns. - Devise strategies for managing, strengthening and enhancement of the Companys Brand including enhancement of Companys brands perception in the market - Develop and finalize Companys Communication and Marketing strategies - Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management. - Improve performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the implementation of effective methods and strategies - Examine financial data/statements and use them to improve profitability - Motivate and lead the team by showing a direction to achieve the marketing initiatives - EduPristine is a highly meritocratic and results-driven culture.
