Hey, we are not Education Recruiting Agency or Marketing company in the EdTech Higher education business model and do not wish to be any other firm managing the game of Admissions to international Universities, competing with other similar players. We are here to promote our customer's end objectives in the most simplified but in robust manner. Who are We? We are a B2B2C ( SaaS )analytics start-up in the Higher education - Ed-tech business focusing on solutions that can act as a thoughtful, calculative & informed decision model for both the customers - service providers, and an aspiring student community in connecting with each other through our platform. Our product focuses on each service provider's capability model in magnifying their COMPETENT AREAS AMONG OUR USER community methodically via our A. I predictive modeling features in our product that strengthens their conversion ratios and boosts their revenue model. The need to start this venture was after a careful study and scope of opportunities available in the ED-Tech analytics space specifically w.r.t the present ongoing need and interest of students and parents towards international education/universities. What are we identifying? Since we are at the nascent stages of our ideation and product development, we are looking forward to connecting with industry experts as co-founders at this stage Product Technology Head - Preferably someone with the implementation of complex product development from inception to execution. Product Marketing & Sales Head - Preferably with a complete understanding of digital marketing & GTM strategy Finance Head - Preferably someone with current exposure to Finance & Account to Fundraising Product Head - Preferably someone with a strong understanding of PLC Qualifications: Experience - 12-20yrs - We give preference to the passion of working towards new ideas/vision to build a logical and scalable product that could cater to consumer needs in long run hence open to experience range as well. Education - Premier Institute / Ivy League preferred however not a constraint. A COMBINATION OF STRONG TENURE + EDUCATION could be an ideal fit here. Skills- All the above roles require deep expertise in their specific function with past successful records in delivering Product / SaaS / Analytics development will be highly preferred. All the above roles require excellent verbal and written communication skills Industry Preference: EdTech Model / Aggregator Model / Online B2B2C model only Location Preference: Though location hardly makes a difference today however we will still prefer people with their base location as DELHI NCR, however, we may reach out to the best fit, be it outside India as well. PS: We are a bootstrapped startup with the intent of growing the business to the next level hence inviting CO-FOUNDER with investments to work with a common objective of developing products and ensuring the success of EDULITICS. My past background and as a founder member of Edulitics I am a TA professional with 18yrs of experience in recruiting for Technology & Executive search roles. My past experience has been with corporates and successfully running our Executive Search consulting firm. I am now looking forward to work towards ed tech saas model to cater in international education domain.
