Eduisfun - Content Head - IIT

Job Description :

We are looking for a jugaadu, energy-packed & ambitious Head Content (Subject Matter Expert) for education gaming company based out of Mumbai (www.eduisfun.com) founded by IIT Alums.

Responsibility :

- Manage experienced faculties & experts to develop adaptive learning content & assure quality of content

- Develop learning algorithm, material & pedagogy for grade 8th to 12th (PCMB) domain

- Quality assurance learning content & questions bank

- Set goals, vision, short term & long term plans for the product in terms of content (allocate resource to achieve them too)

Requirements :

- Expert in either Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology

- Comfortable with high difficulty questions as seen in national entrance exams of IITs, AIIMS and Olympiads

- Excellent written communication skills

- Some teaching experience is a plus

Qualifications :

- B.Tech / M.Tech from a top tier 1 university (IITs).

- 2 - 4 years of quality experience around Content / Academics / Teaching.
