Educational Specialist - Telugu (3-8 yrs)

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

a. Contribute as key member in the design, implementation, administration, evaluation, and revision of assessments for projects managed by others.

b. Create/Review/ Facilitate high quality assessment tools for the projects in the related subject.

c. Validating translated questions and content in Telugu to enhance the quality of the same

d. Analysing large-scale student response data to figure out how children think and learn

e. Support in designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Process, Question making, understanding results, and reports, etc.

f. Support evaluator training/post analysis workshops throughout the state

g. Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends.

h. Maintain appropriate documentation for the project.

i. Travel to the field to evaluate implementation of Shiksha assessments with clients and to understand clients' work better.

j. Support in team's growth and learning needs.

Educational Qualifications :

- Graduate/postgraduate with Telugu as one of the major subjects.

- Strong understanding of education, instruction, assessments.

- Experience in creating content and/or assessment in Telugu would be preferred.

Experience Required:

- Candidates with experience in fields relevant to Assessment design and development

- Fluent in written and verbal communication in English

- Basic data analysis skills would be preferred

2. Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills

3. The ability to learn fast, and grasp Educational Initiatives' model and business.

4. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the effectively communicate technical details with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

5. The ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently as a self-starter.

6. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
