Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and facilitate annual marketing plan and long term brand vision for EI.
- Develop integrated marketing solutions based on data and insights to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Manage and lead Marketing team for product marketing, PR, demand generation and brand management.
- In partnership with product and other business units identify, create and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results.
- Create, execute and measure marketing campaigns across channels while successfully achieving KPIs in a technology driven environment.
- Articulate EI- s, products- and brand vision to the community at large.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Attitude:
- 10 years of progressive experience working in a marketing leadership role with experience in Digital (Search Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, Alliances, Videos & Blogs) and Offline (Events, Partnerships, PR and community management) marketing activities.
- Track record of strategic thinking, entrepreneurial spirit and innovative leadership in developing marketing strategies and communications programs engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an experienced management team ensuring timely delivery of multiple projects.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members, and inspire performance that exceeds expectations and retains resources.
- Highly analytical with the ability to collate, analyze and present data, and drive clear insights into decisions that improve KPIs.
- Knowledge of educational products in the K-12 space either professionally or as an involved parent is a plus.
