About the Role :

The Education Expert will be responsible for representing and forging partnerships with potential partners in the Education space. The incumbent will combine the education domain knowledge and business skills with a primary focus of growing the education solutions portfolio of the company

Key Performance Areas :

- Create a strong network of partners/collaborators in the K-12 segment.

- Responsible for end- end Partner Management.

- Representing the company in various forums/conferences/events globally.

- Play a lead role in delivering high stake presentations to key Ministry and Government officials.

- Supporting Business Development Activities.

- Support the Presales team by providing insights and inputs during the proposal development stage.

- Support the Product Development team.



Competencies and Skills Required :

- Broad understanding of the K12 education landscape in Africa and Asia regions.

- Past teaching experience is highly preferred.

- Business acumen, understanding of profit center and cost center setups.

- Self-starter and able to work on their own with minimal team support.

- Responsive decision making.

- Change management and project management skills

- Negotiation skills, Communication skills

- Creativity and Influencer.

Expected Qualifications and Work Experience :

- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Education or a related field from a reputed University.

- A minimum of 5-7 years post qualification experience in cross-functional areas such as Teaching, Business Development, Operations Management and K12 Institutional Planning within an education institute/ government agency/ corporate setup.

- Preference will be given to individuals who have past teaching experience in STEAM subjects.

Budget : 20,000-25,000 Aed Per month
