Educate Online Inc is an international startup in the field of children's online education. We cooperate with the leading educational institutions from schools to higher education institutions and help our clients to find the most suitable educational option for them, organize their enrollment and studies. Our clients are parents of children from 4 to 19 years old.

ABOUT THE VACANCY

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated Marketing Manager to join our global ed-tech startup as a full-time team member. Our team is international and the main target market, for now, is India.

Your main tasks be:

- Set up and manage advertising campaigns in all key channels: Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, direct placements with bloggers or other unspecified channels

- Form hypotheses to attract new users and run them yourself. For example, you might suggest ideas for changing the funnel into a product, come up with a new project, or something else.

- Participate in the production of creatives and landing pages. Generate ideas and participate in brainstorming. Provide structural commentary.

- Analyze the effectiveness of hypotheses

- Structuring, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets

- Setting tasks for launching and optimizing advertising campaigns on sites. Key selection, analytics on the results of the placement.

- Development and implementation of an online advertising strategy, media planning;

- Testing hypotheses to improve the quality of traffic, adjustment of the semantic core.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues

- Build a systematic strategic work of different channels of attraction

Requirements:

- Fluent English speaker;

- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing in a similar position

- You understand how to work with budgets of 2-3 million rubles per month.And you understand how it differs from working with microbudgets.

- Actively keep up with all the news on advertising channels and take advantage of it.

- You can tell the difference between good and bad creative. You can write a clear brief, evaluate the result and give constructive comments.

- You have an analytical mindset, systematicity and thoughtfulness are your two main driving qualities

- You understand how AB tests work and when to run them

- You have cases with multiple improvements in project metrics

- You are results oriented, not action quantity oriented

- You work for the team, you have energy for action, and you can work as needed at any time of the day or night
