Job brief :

- We are looking for a qualified HR Manager to manage and supervise human resources operations while always aligning them with EdTerra's business goals.

- Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions in line with budget limitations and our company culture.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as a strategic partner to support people strategy and initiatives across varied HR domains in close consultation/collaboration with the broader HR team.

- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

- Conduct regular reviews on people strategy, talent management with the Business Heads/ HR Head.

- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.

- Provide HR policy guidance and establish competent and industry standard processes.

- Work on the manpower requirement planning and recruitment for short and long term.

- Engage in critical hires and onboarding of new employees.

- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.

- Identify training needs for teams and individuals & Evaluate training programs.

- Supervise and manage functions such as payroll, recruitment and exit, employee engagement, retention, training and development along with other critical areas.

Requirements :

- Has proven record of 4 to 5 years as an HR executive and/or subsequently as an HR business manager (L&D, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, PMS, Retention)

- Has sound analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to interpret and present business metrics

- Excellent people management skills

- A comprehensive understanding of all HR functions and best practices

- Full-time MBA in Human Resources

Work Timings :

- 8.30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday and 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturdays.

- Office remains closed on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays and on Sundays every month.
