Job brief:

- We need an expert mind to build, manage and run the entire product lines of EdSanta Education. You would completely own the product development from scratch and make sure of the availability and performance of the products/services. Carve the complete technology strategy and architect the solutions for scalability and build your own team. The product is one of its own kind across the globe and has worldwide acceptance. It mainly focuses on education technology and has already crossed proof of concept stage. You will have enough fun to play and experiment with technology.

Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience - start-up experience would be a plus.

- Having experience with product and aggregator tech is a must.

- Proven ability to build a solid team and thrive in a dynamic environment

- Very strong bias towards actions - result oriented and pro-active

- Excellent understanding of minimalist & efficient UI/UX would be an extra advantage.

- Excellent product management skills to plan and monitor progress

- You have launched multiple successful products and features, preferably on multiple platforms (iOS, Android, desktop, and web).

Skill-set:

- Stronghold on backend development and algorithms

- Thorough Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JQuery, Javascript, HTML and CSS

- Experience with React, Node, Mongo, AWS, Hadoop.

- Experience with AI/ML

- Experience in building large scale system designs

- Ability to pick-up any new language/framework/protocol. Knowledge of API scrapping is plus.

- Experience of hiring the team of best developers to get the product developed as per the required technical specifications.

- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.

- Strategic thinking & problem-solving aptitude.
