Responsibilities: - Providing proactive, creative project leadership for eDiscovery related engagements - Designing processes, controls and policies in line with business requirements and deriving Operational Excellence - Onboarding, training and continually improving delivery team members - Managing costs, schedules, quality and consistency in accordance with project requirements and procedures. - Delivering the Managed Review tasks and projects on time Requirements: - Experience of 15+ years, having 5+ years in managing document review/eDiscovery - LLB/LLM and qualified lawyer - Excellent experience in team management and handling the operational activities with in eDiscovery role - Highly organized - Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Ability to independently manage communication with internal stakeholders and clients) - Good understanding of Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment with minimal to no supervision - Superior attention to detail and intellectual curiosity - Interest to learn complex subject matter across an array of business sectors - Excellent &amp; logical problem solving skills
