EdiQue - Finance Manager

Job Description:

- The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.

- You will play a key role in providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.

- Analyze financial data and provide insights into financial performance.

- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

- Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for improvement.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements.

- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.

- Manage audits and tax filings.

Cash Flow Management:

- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.

- Develop and implement cash flow forecasting models.

- Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.

Risk Management:

- Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Team Leadership:

- Manage and mentor finance team members.

- Provide guidance and support to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Strategic Support:

- Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives.

- Evaluate potential investments and acquisitions.

- Assist in the development of financial models for business planning.

Experience:

- Proven track record of managing financial operations.

Skills:

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

- Proficiency in financial analysis and modeling.
