Job Description :

We are seeking a talented academician to provide academic stewardship and inputs to our Education Technology Product Development Team

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate very closely with the product team for development of relevant products or solutions

- Coordinate with Product Development Team to understand and enforce client's academic standards

- Design, enforce and validate academic integrity standards

- Provide academic oversight for content development

- Drive increased usage of all the product(s) by ensuring integration of appropriate academic essence in relevant areas / features of the product(s)

- Manage a team of Subject Matter Experts to ensure continual development of quality learning and testing resources for use in the developed products

- Provide regular inputs and overall academic direction at the organizational level

- Periodically visit customer sites to review the usage of deployed products from the context of academic impact

- Share periodic feedback and updates with the product team to ensure the product portfolio is in sync with the emerging trends in the sector

Must Have:

- Strong Academic Background including a Master's Degree in Education or related field

- At least 7 years of relevant overall professional experience,

- Understanding of the education system and policies of the country

- Strong knowledge of different learning standards and frameworks prevalent in the education sector

- Strong proficiency in design & review of curriculum, learning resources, training and assessment tools

- Team Leadership experience including hiring and mentoring a team of SMEs/Teachers

- Been involved in development of at least 1 technology-based education products or solutions will be an added advantage

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem solving and data analysis skills

- Willing to explore new and innovative ways of doing things and not afraid to challenge the norm

- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
