EDINNO - Head - Technology

Technology Head :

Our company is looking for a Technology Head to join our team

Responsibilities:

- Support process and control owners

- Work with managers across all business unit functions to resolve risk issues as appropriate;

- Identify/provide tools to guide maintenance of controls;

- Ensure high-quality delivery for engineering products across all projects, with a client-facing role and individual contributions where appropriate;

- Establish shared infrastructure across technical projects

- Facilitate cross functional teams, facilitate project meetings, develop and maintain project plans and manage/support solution implementations;

- Manage and lead cross functional teams of AI Engineers , MEAN Developers , UI Developers, Android & IOS Developers, Software Tester & Business Analyst ;

- Proactively develop compliance and operational processes;

- Participate in leadership meetings to drive the direction of the company;

- Research emerging technologies to advise clients on possible applications;

- Conduct risk management/compliance training as needed;

- Lead the facilitation of risk assessments;

- Be responsible for the growth of the Engineering team - including individuals' career growth, skillset development, and hiring the right resources;

- Lead by example, mentor the team and establish credibility through quality technical execution.

Requirements:

- Candidate must have managed and lead cross functional team of AI Engineers , MEAN Developers , UI Developers, Android & IOS Developers, Software Tester & Business Analyst

- Must have experience of developing product right from conceptualization stage

Knowledge of the following Technology Domain ;

i) AI

ii) MEAN Stack

iii) UI

IV) IOS & Android

v) Software Testing

- 8 + years of experience leading product or technical management organizations;

- Working knowledge of current web and service technologies (AWS, GCP, Reactjs preferred);

- Excellent verbal and written presentation abilities;

Qualifications :

- B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred;

- Progressively responsible technology management experience organization, including management of high-performing teams;

- Track record of delivering and operating large-sized internet-scale software systems.
