Edgistify - Sales Head (8-12 yrs)

Founded in 2017 by NIT & IIT alumni, Edgistify is one of India's most credible warehousing & fulfillment networks that offers a tech-enabled one-stop platform providing dark store/warehouse operations and fulfillment services with hyperlocal delivery PAN India.

We aim to organize the unorganized sector of supply chain and logistics through digitization. Our plug-and-play dark store/warehouse operation & fulfillment services enable our clients to scale their requirements as and when required.

We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to work with us.

The responsibilities would be -

1) Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

2) Build, Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle.

3) Ensure proper implementation of CRM tools to track team performance against key sales metrics.

4) Sales planning and forecasting to meet company's growth targets.

5) Distribution of leads generated both Inbound and Outbound methods in the sales team.

6) Working collaboratively and cross-functionally with procurement, Operations, and customer success teams in the organization to provide best solutions to meet customer needs.

7) Attending industry events including conferences and expos for building business relationship and driving market awareness.

8) Monitoring market trends and competitor analysis

9) Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to the CXO-level.

The person should have -

1) Experience in b2B solution sales of 8+ years with a Supply chain sales experience of 5+ years.

2) Built, Lead and trained consultative B2B sales teams

3) Experienced in handling customer interactions with senior managements or CXOs.

4) Worked in unstructured and hypergrowth environment.

5) Understanding of startup and VC environment of India.
