Job Description : - To contribute research, analysis and ideas to the development of the Company's HR strategy in order to ensure that organizational development initiatives are appropriately integrated and aligned with strategic and business goals. - To design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Company. - Ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm. - To support specific performance improvement initiatives, eg. a new competency framework and 360 degree feedback process. - To identify opportunities for performance improvement; conducting external research into good practice and new ideas. - To design and facilitate in-house events (e.g. workshops, away days) as required. - To ensure effective communication towards building staff engagement. - An OD qualification, or equivalent professional knowledge gained through the significant experience working as an OD specialist or as an HR generalist with an OD focus. Skills: - Helping in implementing strategic and tactical HR programs that are most relevant to the business objectives with focus on development, performance and rewards - Support monitor and partner with the teams to drive development programs - Conceptualize and build various modules of HR system with the help of systems team, lead the familiarization, drive engagement and usage of the same. - Having exposure on analytics and HR metrics. - Hands on Ms. Excel is a big advantage - Take responsibility for the assigned projects as per the business requirement. - Performance Appraisal and Quality Audits through 360 degree appraisal methods. - Comprehensive knowledge of HR to handle complex projects and stakeholders engagement Business Partnering, Talent Management, Relations and Rewards. - Strong communication skills, build strong working relationship with all stakeholders and the ability to influence fact based and logical conclusions. - Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability. - Ability to organize their work, plan well and prioritize based on impact on work. - Action oriented and results driven. - Experience in Shared Services is a plus Qualification : MBA
