We have been awarded with Google Accelerator, NVIDIA Best of Show, Deloitte Fast 50, Emerge 50, and more.   ABOUT THE POSITION YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Sales Engineer is the pre-sales technical face and voice of EdGE Networks and the primary technical resource for the EdGE Sales team.   - As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the key technical advisor and advocate for our products & solutions. You will drive the technical solutioning and the technical evaluation success during the sales process. Your work will directly result in Enterprise SaaS deals, and will enable our customers to save millions of dollars/year in recruitment, workforce management, and talent transformation.   Your customer knowledge will be a key input to our Market & Product strategies.  YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :   - Excite and convince customers on EdGE technical prowess  - Build strong relationships with senior technical & functional stakeholders  - Translate customer business workflows to EdGE technical solutions  - Define technical account strategies, and remove every technical roadblock  - Deliver product demos, and handle technical Q&A  - Scope, run, measure, and drive Proof of Concepts to success  - Respond to functional & technical RFIs/RFPs  - Travel throughout the sales territory (30%)  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :   - 3+ years of sales engineering experience in Enterprise SaaS  - Ability to engage effectively with CXOs, VPs, Managers, Individual Contributors  - Strong technical fundamentals in cloud technologies and enterprise systems  - Ability to manage fast iterations, and juggle multiple engagements/projects  - Excellent listening, analytical & problem-solving abilities  - Prior experience in Human Capital Management & AI space is a plus
