Securitization-Treasury

- Fund raising activities at front office desk of the treasury by way of term loans, working capital, securitization/assignemnt of receivables of loans backed by assets and mortgages (Home Loans, Loans against Properties), NCDs and commercial Papers.

- Investments of surplus funds in liquid instruments to optimize the returns.

- Managing and developing relationship with treasury, DCM desks and credit departments of Banks and Non-Bank Finance Companies for receiving financing.

- Evaluating and structuring exotic and plain-vanilla deals on bond and loan transactions.

- Keeping an eye on regulatory environment and taking appropriate measures to ensure compliance with existing regulations.
