Manager - Sales Strategy

Edelweiss Tokio Life Insurance is looking for Manager - Sales Strategy to design and implement our MDRT program and HNI PFA management at its Kurla office.

Reporting to the AVP - Sales Strategy, the incumbent will be responsible for :

a. Design & implementation of MDRT program for the organisation

b. Design of complete commmunication & engagement plan for the year to drive the initiative

c. Creation of visibility around MDRT initiative and qualification to drive higher participation

d. Engagement with the Sales team to understand the requirement to drive the MDRT program

e. Liasion with other departments to support the channel in terms of enablers

f. Work on Industry Benchmarking to design initiatives

g. Identify trends and analyse the MDRT program to facilitate Management Decision making

Competencies Needed :

- Prior experience of minimum 6 years of experience in designing and driving retail sales programs

- Adept in problem solving with excellent data management skills

- Energetic personality with good interpersonal & analytical skills
