- Define, implement, and enforce information security policies - Establish an information security risk management strategy, process, and program - Establish and oversee a formal vulnerability and testing program - Assist in governing/overseeing the information security program and plan - Ensure that controls are adequate to meet legal, regulatory, policy, standards, and security requirements (ISO, RBI, PCI etc.) - Conduct audits - Communicate with and report to (as required) all internal and external stakeholders Identify and involve relevant stakeholders (internal and external) - Review the status of the information security program with higher level managers / stakeholders Work to enhance security awareness through the organization - Connect with sources who help update on current industry trends and security challenges - Vendor IT Audits - Assist in setting governance standards on all Credit BG Technology projects in accordance to ISO standards. - Will be responsible for co-ordinating and collecting all information like project updates, risks, audit findings, etc. for Credit Technology projects and present them to stakeholders. - This person must have strong experience on implementing Agile and thorough knowledge of all processes/ceremonies in Agile/Scrum. Must have implemented atleast 2 projects end-to-end in Agile. Good to have Waterfall to Agile transformation experience. Have to act as Agile Coach to assist me in Agile adoption across the organization. - Certified Scrum Master certification is mandatory. Other Scrum or Audit certificates will be an advantage - This person must understand project budgets and projects costs calculations.
