JOB DESCRIPTION : Position Title : Product Development Head Grade/Level : Vice President Position Reporting : CEO Job Purpose : - Research and development of new products, enhancements and redesign of existing products, in line with the established strategy and vision of the organization Key Responsibilities : Functional Responsibilities : - Design and develop products that are in line with the overall vision and strategy of the organization and its business - Identify market opportunities and deliver products that meet internal and external stakeholder requirements - Participate in all processes associated with writing and defining product specs - Engage in product specification reviews with key stakeholders - Responsible for the strategic conversion of complex ideas into products that deliver efficient business outcomes - Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators to maintain positive product outcomes - Work with and drive cross functional teams to deliver on business objectives Job Requirements : Qualifications : Post Graduate (B.sc in Agri preferable) Experience : 12 to 15 years (Exp. in Agri Lending business from banking sector) Functional Competencies : - Various banking product knowledge - Designing of processes and systems Behavioral Competencies : - Strong interpersonal relationship skills - Excellent communication skills Key Interactions (Internal) Business Teams- - Contribute to product innovation and strategy design Operation, Quality & CHM Team- - Review processes and provide advice on modifications of new products, keeping in mind risk mitigation as a key factor Key Interactions (External) Product & Market Investigation- - Spearhead and analyze the product and product market
