Looking for someone with 18+ yrs experience with experience into POSH or handled sexual harassment cases in the organization. Organizational Relationships : Position reporting to : SVP - Corporate HR - Employee engagement Job Purpose : Lead process owner and executor for Edelweiss organization wide Disciplinary (POSH & Whistle blower process). Incumbent is responsible for the design, implementation, training and execution of all aligned awareness programs within the organization in the disciplinary space. Key Responsibilities : a. Managerial Responsibilities - Partnering with BG HR leadership, develops elite strategies and capability to cultivate positive work environments to effectively mitigate workplace related disciplinary related risks to Edelweiss brand equity. b. Functional Responsibilities - Leads development and implementation prevention of Whistle blower & POSH employee strategies - Advises business leadership on the implications of short and long term decisions of organization significance while dealing with Whistle blower and POSH - Maintains a strong collaborative relationship with the NGO's and other agencies /individuals which can support by providing guidance being on ICC committees. - Overall responsibility for assessing and coordinating development of proactive action plans to address locations vulnerable to disciplinary issues. - Leads the development and delivery of best-in-class training modules on prevention training on disciplinary framework - Provides regular updates to key stakeholders on emerging POSH, whistle blower and other disciplinary topics. - Create training interventions for continual sensitization of employees on various aspects related to POSH and disciplinary - Own, improve and manage the organizational reporting frameworks and systems on disciplinary reporting - Keeps informed through associations and networks on changing country laws, international standards, and emerging developments in the areas of POSH and disciplinary - Manages the central data repository for POSH and whistle blower cases.
