- Nurturing existing relationship with partners (web aggregators- Cover Fox, Policy Bazaar, Turtlemint etc.)
- Act as a support function for digital partners to handle post sale queries.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned partners to handle grievances
- Maximise the share of business with the partner - Managing the channel and monitoring of sales activities and production through them
- Monitoring performance of the partner through regular MIS on ongoing basis
- Coordination with internal cross functional stakeholders to ensure a robust engagement with the partners.
- Be on top of the administrative, process or payment related issues with partners.
- Get internal alignments and readiness for campaigns, new launches or new initiatives.
Requirement:
- Candidate from insurance background with 2-4 years of experience.
- Must have exposure in Retail Broking/ Digital Channel - Sales
