ABOUT THE ROLE - As a Market Risk Manager, the candidate will lead the market risk-related engagements with teams. &nbsp;Lead a team of risk Analysts responsible for assessment, monitoring and mitigation of the proprietary trading portfolio across the following asset classes - Equities, Currencies, Fixed Income Instruments, Commodities &amp; Illiquid Investments. Key items to look at: - Act as risk-SPOC (single point of contact) for proprietary trading business - Manage Structured Products risk assessment - Manage and Enhance Risk Reporting and Dashboards for proprietary market positions QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Master's or Ph.D. degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field PREFERRED SKILLS - Should have strong previous work experience (at least 5 years) on derivative pricing models and derivatives risk management gained in a similar role at an investment banking institution - In-depth knowledge of mathematical finance, derivative pricing, and numerical techniques - Experience in people, stakeholder and client management - Ability to program pricing and risk models - Clear thinking, good business sense and judgment - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Professional qualification e.g. CQF/CFA/FRM/PRM needed - Outstanding mathematical and analytical skills - Proficient in FX, Equities, Rates and Commodities - Experience of Market Risk &amp; Financial Services Regulation - experience in FRTB and CRDIV/V preferred - Good knowledge of PE, EPE models for counterparty credit risk Regards, Smita
