Manager - Strategy for Edelweiss General Insurance

- Experience in financial data analysis, planning and modelling. Sharp analytical skills and detail orientation

- Ability to extract and analyze large pool of data. Maintain dashboards and trackers

- Supporting executive team in data, research and analysis. Excellent proficiency in MS office

- Project management of strategic initiatives. Tracking of all project metrices and follow-up towards timely closure

- High competency in preparing research reports and trend analysis. Periodic preparation of executive reports and dashboards

- Supporting governance of key initiatives. Self-motivated to initiate and track critical assignments

- Collaboration with peers in different functions to ensure information access for analysis

- Excellent communication skills including building compelling presentations, ownership mindset and ability to work with diverse teams

- Indian General Insurance sector experience preferred

- Preferred 3-6 years of experience with a financial services or consulting firm
