- Be a thought leader in new product development, greenfield product opportunities.

- Develop clear Go to Market strategy in line with business sales and growth strategy and distributor management strategy for each product launch.

- Provide strong leadership to product development team and strategic input to underwriting, distribution and sales teams

- Business Planning & Strategy

- Relationship Management with External Partners

- Handling Promotions/Sales Contests/Incentives

- Legal and Compliance Framework from distribution perspective

- Handling, revamping and setting up Operational Processes
