Edelweiss Financial Services - Manager - Digital/Online Sales

Job Description :

- Manage partnership or aggregator for online channels in insurance or finance space

- Set up new relationships with partners (web aggregators- coverfox, policybazaar, bankbazaar etc.)

- Look at end-to-end go live of the partner for the business (IT implementation, Process co-ordinations, TAT that would be followed)

- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned partners for growth of business (escalations, urgent requirements)

- Maximise the share of business with the partner

- Managing the channel and monitoring of sales activities and production through them

- Monitoring performance of the partner on ongoing basis.

- Coordination with internal cross functional stakeholders to ensure a robust engagement with the partners.

- Be on top of the administrative, process or payment related issues with partners.

- Establish a mechanism for timely and comprehensive resolution of partner queries.

- Get internal alignments and readiness for campaigns, new launches or new initiatives.
