Job Purpose : - Internal -Grow & Scale the operations of strengthening EdelGive in order to increase its Effectiveness - Provide extensive expertise on operational areas which are critical for achieving overall effectiveness. - External-Design and implement strategies for NGOs in the areas of Strategy & Leadership, Financial Planning & Sustainability, Systems Processes & Technology & Human Resources Key Responsibilities : a. Functional Responsibilities - Ensuring that leaders have the right skills and support to grow the organization, creating a leadership pipeline for the organization. - Putting in place key systems & processes for organization management - Driving process improvement initiatives for NGOs across domains - Identifying challenges & opportunities from project teams through Data analytics, brainstorming & process analysis & controlling solutions with Lean Six Sigma methodologies - Connecting Edelweiss employees & Partnering NGOs for volunteering & skill development initiatives - Conducting mentorship programs for Partnered NGOs - Building projects that can serve as an intermediary platform that can match expert volunteers to its non profit partners through a comprehensive assessment of both the parties expertise & needs. Job Requirements : a. Experience - 8-12 yrs Experience b. Functional Competencies - Skill Development, Talent Management - Change Management - Organization Development c. Behavioral Competencies - Strategic & Critical Thinking - Team Leadership d. Ideal Fitment - Someone who comes from a consultant background with business process excellence background. - Or someone working into capacity building space not necessary a NGO setup.
