We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources activities and ensure they are aligned with th business goals.
Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
The role incumbent will be responsible for driving the following:
1. Assisting business in the hiring the reqired manpower - sourcing to onboarding
2. Setting up the L&D framework for the business
3. Ideating and implementing employee engagement and R&R program
4. Coordinating with COEs for initiatives planned/activities implemented at the group level
5. Policy bench-marking and formulation
