Edelweiss Financial Services - HR Business Partner

We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources activities and ensure they are aligned with th business goals.

Our ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.

The role incumbent will be responsible for driving the following:

1. Assisting business in the hiring the reqired manpower - sourcing to onboarding

2. Setting up the L&D framework for the business

3. Ideating and implementing employee engagement and R&R program

4. Coordinating with COEs for initiatives planned/activities implemented at the group level

5. Policy bench-marking and formulation

The above briefly spells out the roles and responsibilities of the job holder. However, it will not be limited to the above and will involve need based initiatives/ activities to be planned and implemented as the company grows.
