Job Purpose : Monitoring and reporting operating cost, budgets and operations control for GIA Technology and Operations
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Responsibilities :
- MIS reporting for COO - CTO Office
- Planning and Budgeting for GIA Technology and Operations
- Costing and Variance Analysis
- Conduct process review, identify Gaps and prepare observation & recommendations
- Coordinate data requirements across COO - CTO office
Qualifications : CA
Experience : 3 to 5 years
Functional Competencies :
- MIS reporting of P&L constituents ( Revenue & Cost) with Banks, Financial Services, KPOs or Consulting Firms
- Internal Control / Audit / Operations Risk management
- Budgeting, Costing
- Business Planning & Analytics
- Cost variance analysis
- Process improvisation and efficiency
Technical Competencies :
- Proficient in Excel and Power point.
- Proficient in Data mining & analytics.
- Attention to Details
- Multitasking and ability to work in grey
- Data application skills
Behavioral Competencies :
- Good Communication skill, Persistence and Negotiation skill.
- Capable of working in diverse groups as well as independently.
- Capable of interacting with confidence with senior management
- Eye to detail
- High executions skills
