Location: Mumbai

Qualifications: Any Graduate / PG, preferably with Information Technology / Computer Science (full-time)

Experience: 5 to 10 years experience

As SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, having managed 2-3 live SAP- SuccessFactors implementation (employee central / recruiting / onboarding) projects. Where s/he should have successfully led implementation of SAP SuccessFactors (at least two full cycles)

Role: Initially to implement SAP SuccessFactors modules; and later, post SAP roll-out, be part of the mainstream IT function to manage various HR applications.

Responsibilities:

- Initial phase SAP SuccessFactors Implementation.

- As IT representative, champion, and actively work with the company's HR team/Vendor and consultants in implementing and rolling out SAP SuccessFactors on pan-India basis across all regional offices and project sites to cover all processes across entire facet of HR work (right from Recruitment, Onboarding, engagement, performance management, Compensation Planning, & Succession Planning. Migrate legacy HR data on SAP SuccessFactors, test, roll-out, and troubleshoot.

- Train users and handhold in operating SAP SuccessFactors; and improve usage of the SAP SuccessFactors.

- Map the legacy HR processes and align and map the same with SAP SuccessFactors.

- Pleasant personality, and excellent communication, and well-developed people/interpersonal skills, tact to be able to deal with a variety of people internally and externally at all levels.
