- A Debt Capital Market (DCM) is a market in which companies and governments raise funds through the trade of debt securities, including corporate bonds, government bonds, Credit Default Swaps etc.

- An individual would be responsible for origination, execution.

- Intermediation services.

- Managing relationship with Corporates for Origination and Investors for bond Sell-down.

- Working closely with Client, Rating Agency, Legal Counsel, Investors, internal compliance / legal departments, and Debenture Trustee towards the closure of transactions.
