1. Consumer Understanding and Brand Positioning :
- Build deeper understanding of consumer segments
- Utilize understanding to build brand positioning
- Act as Brand Custodian for the Business
2. Campaign Management and Execution :
- Conceptualize and Execute Campaigns - Internal, BTL, ATL, Offline & Digital
- Media Planning
3. Public Relations :
- Coordinate with group PR and Corporate Communications team to plan, manage and track performance of PR initiatives
- Align PR initiatives to business objectives
- Maintain relationship with publications and journalists
- Establish Thought leadership of business spokesperson(s)
4. Team and Agency Management :
- Manage in-house production team
- Coordinate, manage and review creative agencies for the business
