Ecozen Solutions - Manager - Admin (4-6 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the administrative department.
- Plan and execute facility management activities, including security, safety, maintenance, and repair.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the administrative department.
- Oversee procurement and vendor management, including negotiating contracts and monitoring vendor performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgets and expenses for the administrative department.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Provide support to senior management as needed.
- Setting up a new facility and handling projects related to the same.
